About Us
Connecting people and ideas
Maximize your potential
Focusing on ideas, innovation and co-creation, we aim to recognize each individual's unique mindset and explore the possibilities that emerge from it.
Message from P-Lab
P-Lab aims to maximize people's potential and create a better future. We help individuals and organizations explore their challenges and possibilities through our innovative tool, "Possible World," and create new perspectives and solutions. Possible World is a simulation game that mimics the real world. Participants can experience various roles in a pseudo-world and freely try out ideas. Through this process, we can expect various effects such as strengthening teamwork, creative problem solving, and discovering potential. We use Possible World in a wide range of fields, including corporate training, education, and regional revitalization. We support the growth and change of each participant by providing sessions customized to their needs. P-Lab believes in the potential of Possible World and its mission is to deliver this experience to more people. Join us and open the door to the future.
P-Lab | About Us
P-Lab is a platform that believes in the potential that everyone has and co-creates the future.
We value innovation, co-creation and individual mindsets.
By maximizing people's hidden potential, we will create a richer future.
POINT1
Why a simulation game?
By experiencing a simulation of the real world, we can gain an objective perspective and face ourselves. The realizations we gain through the "experience" of gaming go beyond our intellectual understanding and are imprinted deeply in each individual's heart.
The realizations gained in this way allow you to reinterpret various phenomena as something that concerns you personally, bringing about changes in your work and daily life. This chain of changes then becomes the force that will lead the real world in a better direction.
POINT 2
Learning and training process
By repeatedly looking back on the experiences you have had in games from multiple perspectives, you will develop deeper realizations. Through game experiences that stimulate the five senses and through dialogue, you will delve deeper into your inner self and gain a clear understanding of what is happening within you.
The answers you find through this process are yours alone. They are not tied to someone else's correct answers, but are deeply internalized as true understanding born from your own experiences.
POINT3
P-Lab
P-Lab starts with believing in the potential of each individual. We support each individual to find answers that they can accept and take action, without being trapped by preconceived notions or stereotypes.
