PW HosPa - Agreement

Please read these terms and conditions ("terms and conditions", "terms") carefully before using PW - HosPa (Self-paced learning package) (“HosPa”, “Package”, "service") operated by Possibility Laboratory LLC. (“P-Lab, ”"us", 'we", "our"). By registering for HosPa, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. P-Lab only grants use and access of HosPa, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms. The basic terms are as follows:

 

1. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

With HosPa, P-Lab provides an operation manual (documents and videos when available), 3-month unlimited access to the game platform (“PW Platform”), monthly meet-ups, 1 invitation to P-Lab’s Possible World session to observe or co-host. For the use of PW Platform, you also agree to comply with the PW Platform - Terms of Use (https://www.p-lab.world/pw-terms-of-use). 

You understand that the Package includes the game module only. You understand that you are responsible to integrate the game module into you own workshop design,

As a user of this service, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website, inform us immediately so we may address them accordingly.

We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion.

 

2. APPLICABLE LAW

By using this package, you agree that the laws of Japan, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between P-Lab and you, or its business partners and associates.

 

3. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute related in any way to your use of this service or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by the Tokyo District Court and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

 

4. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify P-Lab and its affiliates and hold P-Lab harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. 

 

5. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

P-Lab is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misunderstanding of our service.

P-Lab reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between P-Lab and you, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this service.
